Certex Sdn Bhd, a trading arm subsidiary of the FMS Group, was incorporated in December 1999.

Initially, it started off as a trading company that a deal as with commodities such as timber, fertilizer and oil trade. Now, the company have diversified in spare parts for Lifeboats / Davits, Ship and Safety Gears.

Certex also provides safety inspection, safety training and Safety Load Test services in the offshore/onshore industry.
